Rental & Buyer Application

Click on the button below to see and download Rental Approval Form.  You can download and either mail or email upload completed form as an attachment. You can also fill out form online via Rental DocuSign.

Forms must be filled out prior to guest arrival starting on January 1st, 2024.

 You can fill out form online and sign the document then return to the website to make Payment. Once we receive payment, we will confirm within 7 days if there is an issue with the application. Make sure in the note section of Payment to have your name, date of stay and Unit number.

Rental stays after April 1st 2024, must pay this fee regardless of when booked. There are different methods of payment, you can use; the button below to pay by credit card, (convivence fee incl) $51.50, or you can mail a check $50.00 payable to         Bermuda Bay Club Condo Assn.

You can make payment for the following services online or send a check

• Buyer Application $100
• Condo Questionnaire $75
• Estoppel fee $100

Make sure when paying online to put in the amount for type of service requested. Please in order to give you proper credit for payment to fill out the note section of payment with Name, Unit #, and form you filled out.

Buyer Application form is for those in contract to purchase a unit in Bermuda Bay Club download the form and fill out and send back to Association with a fee for $100 payable
